How long does delivery take?

Our fulfillment center is currently overseas. Our average shipping time is between 2-4 weeks for some products. In some cases shipping may take less than that and in some cases it may take longer than 4 weeks if the package gets hung up in customs on its way into your home country. We ship worldwide so delivery times are all averages.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can track the status of your order in real time by entering your order information on the Track Order page.
After an order has been placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center where we will confirm and ship your items as soon as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

At this time, we accept payment via Credit Card and Paypal.

I ordered multiple items, why did I only recieve one? 

Since we have several different warehouses worldwide, not all items are stored in one place. When you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped out separately. So you will probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! :-)

There is a problem with my order. What do I do?

How secure is my personal information?

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer technology), which is widely used on the internet for processing payments.

Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored


What is your refund policy?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours. If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us at info@simplyavenue.com and my husband or I will take care of your refund.
