How long does delivery take?
Our fulfillment center is currently overseas. Our average shipping time is up to 20-30 days for some products and some countries. Depending on the country you live in, it may take more or less than that. In some cases it may take longer if the package gets hung up in customs on its way into your home country. We ship worldwide so delivery times are all averages.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can track the status of your order in real time by entering your email or order information on the Track Order page.
After an order has been placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center where we will confirm and ship your items as soon as possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
At this time, we accept payment via Credit Card and Paypal.
I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one?
Since we have several different warehouses worldwide, not all items are stored in one place. When you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped out separately. So you will probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! :-)
There is a problem with my order. What do I do?

How secure is my personal information?

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer technology), which is widely used on the internet for processing payments.
Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored
What is your refund policy?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours. We only refund items if they don’t arrive after 65 days or if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email at email@example.com and we’ll get you taken care of.
